1 lb. Hamburger Meat
1/2 Yellow Onion, diced
1/3 C Bell Pepper (I used colored ones)
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
6 Slices Bacon
1/2C Ranch Dressing (I used Kraft Cheddar Jalapeno)
Taco Shells (I prefer soft)
Shredded Cheese, Tomatoes, Jalapenos, Lettuce or any other items for toppings
-Fry bacon crisp, drain grease, reserving 2 T. Add in hamburger, onions, peppers and garlic. Cook until meat is done. Drain any excess grease.
-Add in taco seasoning, following package directions, stir in ranch and bacon. Enjoy!
