Let me start off and state, when the title says spicy, it means spicy. But the overall taste is just amazing. We use this as topping on tacos and nachos, but I think it would be safe to assume, it would be great on everything.
2 Poblano Peppers
7 Jalapeno Peppers
8 Roasted Garlic Peppers https://junecleaver21stcenturystyle.wordpress.com/2016/08/28/oven-roasted-garlic-cloves/
1/2 C Olive Oil
1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
-Coat peppers in a bit of olive oil, place on foil lined baking sheet, bake 350 20 minutes, flipping half way through. Remove from oven and place in plastic bag, tie off, let them sweat 12 minutes. Remove from bag, scrap off skins, remove seeds, set aside.
-Place peppers, garlic, salt and sugar in food processor. Process until chopped well. Slowly add in 1/2 c olive oil, continue to process until a fine aioli like sauce is made. Use as you desire, or place in airtight container in refrigerator. Enjoy!
