Spicy Garlic Sauce

Let me start off and state, when the title says spicy, it means spicy.  But the overall taste is just amazing.  We use this as topping on tacos and nachos, but I think it would be safe to assume, it would be great on everything.

tiff infomation

1 tsp. Sugar

1/2 tsp. Salt

-Coat peppers in a bit of olive oil, place on foil lined baking sheet, bake 350 20 minutes, flipping half way through.  Remove from oven and place in plastic bag, tie off, let them sweat 12 minutes.  Remove from bag, scrap off skins, remove seeds, set aside.
