How To Roast Peppers

I love roasted peppers in numerous recipes, but I realized when talking to friends that almost no one knew how to roast them.

Ingredients:

Peppers of Choice (I used Jalapenos and Poblanos)

Olive Oil

Directions:

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

-Lightly coat peppers in oil, place on foil lined baking sheet.

-Bake 20 minutes, flipping over half way.  Remove from oven and place hot peppers in plastic bag (I use old bread bags) to sweat.

-After about 10-12 minutes, remove peppers and peel skin and deseed if need be.  Enjoy!
