Thai Basil Pesto Sauce

This is an awesome spin to classic pesto.  This sauce is amazing on rice and noodles.



2 C Fresh Thai Basil Leaves

3 Cloves Garlic

2 Green Thai Peppers (can sub with jalapeno or red pepper flakes)

4T Olive Oil

3T Plain Roasted Peanuts (if using salted may want to omit soy sauce)

1/2 inch Piece Fresh Ginger, peeled

2 T Sesame Oil

2T Lime Juice

1T Sugar

1T Rice Wine Vinegar

1/2 tsp. Soy Sauce (use GF if needed)


-Place all ingredients in food processor.  Blend until everything is well chopped and blended.

-Use in favorite recipe or place in airtight container in fridge.  Good about 1 week.  Enjoy!
