I use this more as a topping than a dip, but this recipe can easily be double or even tripled for the amount you need.
1 C Diced Strawberries
1/4 C Red Onion, finely diced
2 T Fresh Cilantro, finely minced
1/2 Jalapeno, seeded and deveined, diced finely
1/2 Lime Juiced
Salt to taste
-Combine all ingredients in small bowl, ensure everything is mixed well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Enjoy!
