1.3 lbs. Ground Sirloin (can use more)
1/4 C Diced Bacon
2 Larger Shallots, minced
2 T Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
For Each Burger:
Bacon- fried Crisp
-Mix all burger ingredients together, form mixture into number of patties desired.
-Place Cast Iron griddle or heat safe pan on grill. Heat on high, reduce temperature, cook burgers to desired doneness. Place slice of cheese on each burger until melted.
-Place cooked patty on bun, top with bacon, onion rings and healthy amount of bbq sauce. Enjoy!
