1 large Head Broccoli, florets removed
1T Olive Oil
1T Spicy Mustard
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 T Butter
1/2 T Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp. Fresh Thyme
Pepper to taste
-In large steamer pot, steam broccoli for 7 minutes.
-In medium pan, over medium heat, melt butter and olive oil together. Add in mustards, lemon juice, thyme, salt and pepper. Cook 2 minutes.
-Add in broccoli, coat in sauce, cook 3 minutes. Enjoy warm!
