This is my favorite thing during raining days when I cant grill out a hot dog. This pizza will give you all the flavor of a chili cheese dog but in pizza form. This recipe is for 2 large pizzas.

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Hot Sauce

1/2 tsp. Spicy Mustard

1/2 tsp. Dijon Mustard

-Place butter for sauce in medium pot over medium, cook 10 minutes, stirring often, reduce temp to low, add in remaining ingredients cook an additional 2 minutes. Set aside.

-Cook hotdogs in large pan over medium about 5 minutes, place on paper towel lined plate, you don’t have to do this, I do to cook out some of grease. Set aside.

-In bowl, combine all of topping ingredients except onion until ready to serve.  Refrigerate until ready to use.

-Roll dough, place 1/2 sauce on each pie, top with 1/2 C Monterey Jack cheese per pie.  Top with half hot dogs and half onions per pie.  Top with 1 C Monterey Jack and 1/2 C Cheddar per pie.

-Bake per dough directions.
