1 lb. Bag Rotini Pasta (I used garden rotini)
1 C Italian Dressing
3.5 oz Jar Capers, drained
1/3 C Diced Bell Pepper (I used an orange one)
3-4 Green Onions, sliced thin (white and green parts)
1/4 C Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
-Cook pasta and drain per package directions.
-Stir in dressing, add remaining ingredients. Allow to sit in fridge 1 hour before serving (this recipe is better served cold).
-Stir before serving, Enjoy!
