Spinach And Artichoke Dip



1 Block Cream Cheese, softened

3/4 C Diced Fresh Spinach

1/2 C Parmesan Cheese, divided

1/2 C Grated Mozzarella Cheese

1 tsp. Minced Garlic

8 oz. Jar Marinade Artichoke Hearts, reserve marinade

1/3 C Sour Cream

1/8 C Minced Onion

2 T Heavy Cream

2 T Marinade

1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning

Salt and Pepper to taste


-In large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, onion and garlic with hand mixer until well blended.

-With spoon combine artichokes, spinach, 1/4 C parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.

-Spoon into greased baking dish, top with remaining parmesan cheese.   Bake 400 degrees for 15-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
