Pineapple, Mango and Blueberry BBQ Sauce



1 small Red Onion

4 Cloves Garlic

1 Jalapeno, seeds removed

3/4 C Diced Mango

3/4 C Pineapple Chunks

1/2 C Blueberries

1 T Apple Cider Vinegar

1 T White Wine Vinegar

1/4 C Bourbon

1 6oz. Can Tomato Paste

2 C Water

1T Brown Sugar

2 T Molasses

1 1/2 tsp. Salt

1/8tsp. Ground Allspice

Pinch Ground Nutmeg


-Place onion, garlic, jalapeno and fruit with vinegar into food processor.  Process until smooth.

-Pour into medium pot, place all remaining ingredients in pot.  Bring to boil over medium heat, whisking to combine all ingredients.

-Reduce temperature to a low boil, stir on occasion to prevent burning for 20 minutes or until thick.

Store in refrigerator, good about 1-2 weeks.  Enjoy!
