1 lb. Jumbo Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 T Olive Oil
2 T Lime Juice
1 T Chopped Cilantro
1/2tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
Cayenne Pepper to taste
-In medium bowl, mix all but shrimp together, add shrimp and allow to marinade as pan heats.
-In medium skillet over medium heat, heat pan. Pour in shrimp and marinade turning shrimp over after 2-3 minutes. When shrimp is pink, remove. Continue to cook marinade until it reduces by half.
-Spoon over shrimp, Enjoy warm!
