Grilled London Broil



1.2-2.5 lb. London Broil

1/4 C Soy Sauce

2 T Worcestershire Sauce

1 T Ketchup

1 T Spicy Mustard

2tsp, Balsamic Vinegar

2 tsp. Minced Garlic

1 1/2 tsp. Olive Oil

1 tsp. Fresh Rosemary

1 tsp. Fresh Thyme

1/2 tsp. Ground Sage

1/4 tsp. Fresh Ground Black Pepper

1/2 tsp. Chili Powder

1/2 tsp. Paprika


-Place all ingredients but the meat in a food processor.  Process for about 30 seconds or until garlic and herbs are finely ground.

-Using a fork or multiple blade meat tenderizer (this is the one I use, poke holes about 1/4 inch into meat.

-Place meat in large Ziploc bag, pour marinade over meat.  Sit out at room temperature for 2 hours, flipping over half way through time.

-Cut gas grill on (all burners to high), allow to come to heat for about 20 minutes.  Place meat on grill, flipping every 5 minutes until internal temp reaches 130 for medium.  I only go to about 115-120, we like our meat on the rare side.

-Place cooked meat on plate and cover in foil, allow to rest 15 minutes prior to cutting.  Enjoy!
