Meatball Sliders

Ingredients:

12 Slider Buns

Sliced Mozzarella Cheese

1C Marinara Sauce

1 T Olive Oil

Meatballs:

1/2 lb. Lean Ground Beef

1/2 lb. Ground Pork (can use just beef)

1/4 C Shredded Parmesan Cheese

1 T Soy Sauce

1T Italian Seasoning

1/8 C Flour

1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

1/4 tsp. Onion Powder

3 Green Onions, diced small (green and white parts)

Garlic Butter:

3 T Butter, melted

1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning

1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt

Directions:

-Mix all meatball ingredients together in bowl.  Once well blended, form mixture into 24 quarter sized meatballs.

-Heat oil over medium low heat in large skillet.  Cook meatballs until golden brown.  Drain any grease, add in marinara sauce and simmer for 12 minutes.

-In baking pan, place bottoms of buns in pan, top with 2 meatballs, some reserve sauce and cheese. Place top of bun on top of cheese.

-Mix garlic butter ingredients together, brush over sliders.  Bake 350 for about 20 minutes or until cheese melted and golden brown.  Enjoy!
