Spicy Turkey Bacon and Ranch Sliders

I used roasted turkey for this recipe, but chicken would be an amazing substitution. This recipe has homemade spicy ranch and its a great way to clean out the refrigerator from the turkey at thanksgiving.

8 Mini Ciabatta Buns

8 Slices Monterey Jack Cheese (mozzarella is a great choice as well

5 Slices Bacon, diced

1/2 C Sour Cream

1 1/2 T Mayonnaise

1 T Parmesan Cheese, grated

1 tsp. Dried Parsley

1 tsp. Chili Powder (I used Ancho Chili Powder)

1/2 tsp. Dried Chive (optional)

1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 tsp. Franks Hot Sauce

1/2 tsp. White Wine Vinegar

1/8 tsp. Dried Dill

Dash Onion Powder

Salt and Cayenne Pepper to taste

-Fry bacon pieces until crispy, drain grease, set aside.

-Mix all ranch ingredients together and set aside.

-Place the bottoms of each roll in 11X7 inch baking pan.  Place 1/2 T Ranch on roll, top with turkey, bacon and cheese.  Place 1/2 T ranch on top of roll and place on sandwich.  Do this for all 8.

-Cover in foil, bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until warmed though and cheese is melted. Enjoy!
