20oz. Bag Shredded Hash browns

2 T Olive Oil

1 tsp. Seasoning Salt

1/4tsp. Paprika

1/4 tsp. Chili Powder

1 lb. Lean Ground Beef

1 Yellow Onion, diced

5 Pieces Bacon, diced

2 Roma Tomatoes, diced

1 C Spinach, Chopped

2 Cloves Garlic, minced

1 Can Condensed Cheese Soup

2 T Worcestershire Sauce

1 T Ketchup

1T Spicy Mustard

1/2 tsp. Dried Parsley

1/2 tsp. Paprika

1/4 tsp. Cumin

1/4 tsp. Chili Powder

1/3 C Beef Broth

1 C Cheddar Cheese, shredded

-Place hashbrowns in bowl, coat in olive oil, paprika, chili powder and seasoning salt.  Place on greased, foil lined baking sheet.  Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes, flipping over half way through.

-In bowl, whisk soup, broth, ketchup, mustard and spices together.  Set aside.

-Over medium/high heat, cook bacon about 3 minutes, add in meat.  Cook until almost browned, add in onion and garlic, reduce temp to medium.  Cook until onions tender and meat done.  Stir in tomatoes, spinach, cheese, and cheese soup mixture.  Bring to boil, reduce temperature and cook 12 minutes.  Remove from heat, and allow to cool (sauce will thicken as it cools).  Serve hamburger mixture over hashbrowns.  Enjoy!
