1 Large Bunch Broccoli, florets removed
1/2 Lime, juiced
1/2 tsp. Minced Garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
-Steam broccoli for 5-7 minutes or until tender but still crisp. Allow to cool a bit.
-Melt butter in small pot, add in remaining ingredients.
-Pour and toss broccoli with butter mixture. I find this is best served right before butter starts to cool. Enjoy!
