1/4 C Dry Sherry
2 T Olive Oil
2 T Soy Sauce
2T Dark Corn Syrup (can use honey)
2T Dijon Mustard
2T Worcestershire Sauce
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger
Cayenne Pepper to taste
-Combine all ingredients together, place steaks in airtight container or ziploc bag, pour marinade over them.
-Place in refridgerate and marinate at least 1 hour, I find longer is better.
-Remove steaks 15 minutes prior to cooking, cook steaks anyway you desire. Enjoy!
This recipe is enough for to steaks, double recipe for more.
