I use this most often as pizza sauce, but have also used it over pasta. This is a quick and easy sauce.
3/4 C Pesto Sauce (homemade or bought will work)
1/4 C Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 C Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Salt and Pepper to taste
-In saucepan over medium/low heat, whisk all ingredients together. Continue to cook, whisking often to keep mixture from sticking and burning, until cheese is melted and liquid reduces by half.
-Use on your favorite pasta dish or pizza. Refrigerate until ready to use, or any leftovers. Enjoy!
