1 Can Chili, slightly warmed
1 Package (8 count) Hotdogs, sliced in half across
1/8 C Finely Minced Yellow Onion
1 C Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 Package Eggroll Wrappers
-On each wrapper, place 1/2T Chili, 1/2 hotdog, sprinkle of cheese and onion. Roll wrapper, using water to seal edges. Do this for all 16 hotdog halves.
-Fry 375 degrees for 3-5 minutes, or until outside of eggroll is golden brown. Allow to drain completely, don’t want a greasy eggroll. Enjoy!
