Honey Mustard Green Beans



12 oz. Green Beans, washed and ends trimmed

2 tsp. Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper for dusting


1 T Dijon Mustard

1 T Honey

1 small Shallot, minced

2 Cloves Garlic, minced

2 tsp. Red Wine Vinegar

3/4 tsp. Fresh Ginger, grated (optional)


-Mix sauce ingredients together, set aside.

-Place cleaned beans on foil lined baking pan, coat in olive oil, dust with salt and pepper.  Bake 425 for about 12 minutes, you want beans to be done, but to still be slightly crunchy.

-Remove from pan, and coat in sauce.  Serve warm. Enjoy!
