We know that just about everyone has their own version and way of cooking this, but this is our famous one that even the kiddos cant get enough of.
16oz. Block Sharp Cheddar Velveeta, diced into cubes
1 Can Ro-tel Mexican Style, undrained
1 Can Diced Green Chilies, drained
1 C Colby-Jack Cheese, shredded
1/4 C Milk
1 Package Jimmy Deen Bacon Breakfast Sausage, cooked fully, crumbled, grease drained
-Add all ingredients but milk to crockpot. Cook on high for 1 hour, stir a least once to ensure no sticking and burning, or until cheese melts. Stir well, add in milk, place crockpot on warm. Enjoy with chips, breads or vegetables.
