Shrimp Alfredo with Spinach

Please note that the yellow on the shrimp is from the lemon seasoning, and the pasta is herbed.



Pasta of choice, cooked per package directions


4 T Butter

1/2 lb. Raw Shrimp (use peeled and deveined)

1tsp. Garlic Salt

1 tsp. Lemon Pepper Seasoning


4 T Butter

1/4 C Flour

1 1/4C Milk

3/4 C Heavy Cream

1 C Parmesan Cheese, shredded

1/2 C Fresh Spinach, roughly chopped

1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp. Dried Oregano

1/4 tsp. Onion Powder

Salt and Pepper to taste



-Melt butter over medium heat, whisk in flour.  Add in milk and heavy cream, whisking until flour is well dissolved.

-Add in cheese and spices, once cheese is melted add in spinach, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until spinach is done.


-Melt butter over medium heat, add in spices.  Add shrimp, coat in butter and seasonings.  Sauté for about 3-5 minutes, flipping over half way through.  Shrimp is done when it is pink and no longer opaque.

Pour sauce over pasta and top with shrimp.  Enjoy!
