Sausage Egg and Cheese Eggrolls

These are an amazing breakfast food but are also an amazing breakfast for dinner option as well.  The options are endless, you can add ham, bacon, hashbrowns, onions or peppers to eggrolls.



1 lb. Breakfast Sausage

3 Eggs

1T Milk

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 1/2 C Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Eggroll Wrappers

Oil for frying


Grease from cooked Sausage

1/4 C Flour

1 1/2 C Milk

Salt and Pepper to taste


-Cook sausage until done, you want it broken up into small pieces.  Remove from pan and place in medium bowl, reserve 1/4C Sausage for gravy dipping sauce.

-Beat salt, pepper, eggs and milk together, scramble eggs until done.  Add to sausage in bowl, mix well to combine.

-Place 1 1/2T Sausage mixture and sprinkle with cheese in middle of each eggroll wrapper.  Roll wrapper and fry 3-5 minutes preside, drain on paper towel lined plate.


-In pan you fried sausage add flour to grease, whisk to form a roux.  Mix in milk, dissolve roux.  Bring to light boil, allow to simmer about 5 minutes.  Add in 1/4 C sausage.  Salt and Pepper to taste.
