Homemade Naan Bread

I love this stuff, like literally can eat the entire recipe myself.

Ingredients:

2 tsp. Active Dry yeast

1 tsp. Sugar

1/2 C Warm Water (too hot will kill yeast, too cold wont activate it)

1 1/2 C All Purpose Flour + more for folding in and rolling

1 Egg

1/4 C Olive Oil

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/3 C Plain Whole Fat Greek Yogurt

Oil for Frying

Directions:

-In large bowl, combine water, yeast and water, let sit 10 minutes.

-Add in oil, yogurt and egg.

-Combine Rest of Ingredients.

-Place on floured surface (I used about 3/4 C flour), you want to work dough so its smooth but not sticky. Place warm towel over top for 45 minutes.

-Pull off 8-12 pieces of bread (amount depends on size of final product desired), roll out onto lightly floured surface until about 1/4 inch thick.

-Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat, place flattened dough in oil, cook about 1-3 minutes per side.  Place on paper towel lined plate.
