Baked Lemon and Herb Chicken Breasts



4 Chicken Breasts (you want bone in and skin on, can be cut in half)

1/2 Lemon, Juiced

1 tsp. Dried Oregano

1 tsp. Dried Thyme

1/2 tsp. Dried Parsley

1/2 C White Wine

1T Minced Garlic

Salt and Pepper to taste


-Combine all ingredients but chicken in bowl.  Pour half in 11X7 inch baking pan, place chicken skin side up on marinade, pour remaining marinade over chicken.

-Cover with foil, bake 375 for 20 minutes.  Remove cover, spoon marinade over chicken, cook additional 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees or until chicken is done.  If skin isn’t crispy, you can broil chicken for about 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!
