Bacon Chicken Ranch Pizza with Broccoli

This recipe calls for enough ingredients for 2 large pizzas.



Pizza Dough for two pies (Store bought or homemade)

4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs, cooked (diced or shredded)

8 Pieces Bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 Large Head Broccoli, florets removed, steamed 6 minutes (can use frozen, defrost first)

4 C Shredded Cheese (I use Swiss, Mozzarella, and Colby-Jack)

1 T Olive Oil

1tsp. Garlic Powder

1 tsp. Onion Powder

Salt and Pepper to taste

Ranch Pizza Sauce *


-Place cooked chicken in small bowl, coat in olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder salt and pepper, set aside.

-Roll or toss dough per directions on recipe/package.

-Using 1/2 C pizza sauce per pizza.  Top with half of chicken, bacon and broccoli.  Top with about 2 C of shredded cheese per pizza.

-Bake per dough directions.

-Allow pizzas to rest before cutting.  Enjoy!

*Can use just regular ranch dressing or even Sriracha ranch for a spicier pizza
