This recipe is relatively quick and super easy. These are similar to pull apart rolls, but still have the classic yumminess we all know and love.
1 C Milk
1 Stick Butter
4 C All Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Salt
2 1/4 tsp. Yeast
1/3 C Sugar
3 Egg Yolks
2T Salted Butter
-In bowl of stand mixer, using bread hook. Combine flour, sugar, yeast and salt.
-In small saucepan over medium low heat, melt butter and heat milk. Don’t let it boil and stir to keep it from scorching, until it reach about 100 degrees and butter is fully melted.
-Add milk mixture to flour mixture over low, add in eggs. Combine until mixture is wet. Increase speed to medium and mix for about 8 minutes.
-Lightly grease bowl, place dough in bowl. Cover with saran wrap and allow to rise for 45 minutes.
-Remove dough from bowl, and break into 16 equal parts. Grease 13X9 inch pan, roll each dough part into balls. Place in pan. Cover with saran wrap and allow to rise again for 30-45 minutes, or until close to double in size.
-Bake 375 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
-Melt butter, Remove rolls from oven and brush the tops of each roll with butter. Serve warm. Enjoy!
