These were a great appetizer, but are filling enough a meal with a side salad as well.
1 Package Eggroll Wrappers
1 Can Condensed Cheese Soup https://junecleaver21stcenturystyle.wordpress.com/2015/04/19/homemade-condensed-cheese-soup/
1 Pound Thin Sliced Beef Sirloin
3 T Butter
1/4 C Worcestershire Sauce
Tabasco to taste
Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
-Cut beef into bite sized pieces, add salt and coat.
-Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat, add in meat, cook until meat is lightly browned (5-7 minutes). Add in Worcestershire sauce and tobasco. Cover and reduce heat, simmer about 7 minutes. You don’t want to over cook the meat or it may become tough. Allow meat to cool.
-In bowl, add in cheese soup. Drain meat, and stir into cheese soup.
-Add 1T (heaping) of mixture into eggroll wrapper. Fold and close.
-Fry for about 3-4 minutes per side. Can bake per package instructions. Drain and serve. Enjoy!
Great served with Arby’s Sauce.
