Jellied Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients:

1C Sugar

1C Water

4C Fresh Cranberries, approximately

Directions:

  • In medium saucepan, combine sugar and water.  Bring to boil, stir in cranberries, return to boil.
  • Lower temperature, boil 10 minutes.
  • Place cooked cranberries in mesh strainer, and using back of spoon, push cooked cranberry through strainer, scraping sides of strainer often.
  • Dispose of skins.
  • Place in airtight container in refridgerator until ready to eat.
