4C Fresh Cranberries, approximately
- In medium saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to boil, stir in cranberries, return to boil.
- Lower temperature, boil 10 minutes.
- Place cooked cranberries in mesh strainer, and using back of spoon, push cooked cranberry through strainer, scraping sides of strainer often.
- Dispose of skins.
- Place in airtight container in refridgerator until ready to eat.
