1 lb. Brussel Sprouts, cut in half and if large quartered
3 T Olive Oil
1 1/2 T Taco Seasoning https://junecleaver21stcenturystyle.wordpress.com/2013/07/13/homemade-tacochili-seasoning/
1/4 C Green Onions, chopped (I only used the green parts)
1C Cheddar Cheese, shredded
-In bowl pour olive oil over sprouts. Sprinkle in taco seasoning, ensuring each sprout is well coated.
-Bake 375 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
-Remove from oven and sprinkle with green onions. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
