Who doesn’t love chicken alfredo and pizza? I decided to combine the flavors of a pasta dish into one of my family’s favorite foods, pizza.
2 1/2 tsp. Minced Garlic
2 T Cream Cheese
1/3 C Parmesan Cheese (I did 1/4 C Mozzarella and the remainder Parmesan)
1 1/2 C Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
Dash Nutmeg (optional)
Dough for 2 large pizzas
1 .5 lbs Chicken Breast, cooked
2 C Mozzarella Cheese
1/4-1/2 C Parmesan Cheese
-Can add mushrooms and onions if you desire)
-In small sauce pan over medium low heat melt butter, stir in garlic and sauté for about 3 minutes. Add in cream cheese, stirring often to melt cheese. Stir in cornstarch, mixing well. Stir in milk, ensure that the cream cheese and cornstarch incorporates. Add in parmesan cheese, and stir until melted. Stir in salt, pepper and nutmeg. Set aside.
-Roll out dough per package or recipe directions. Add about 1/4-1/3 C Sauce to each pie, spread out to evenly coat. I topped my sauce with spinach, chicken then mozzarella cheese. And dusted the top with parmesan cheese. Please make your pizza as you desire, I like cheese on top some like toppings on top.
-Bake per dough directions. Enjoy!
