Restaurant Style Tartar Sauce

I make this recipe every time we make fish, as stated before, I dislike mayonnaise, but if my kids can dip their food they will eat it.  This is the perfect pairing to most fish.

Ingredients:

1/2 C Mayonnaise

2T Fresh Lemon Juice

1 T Sweet Pickle Relish

1/2T Dried Minced Onion

Salt and Pepper to taste

1/2T Dill Pickle Relish (optional, my family loves this addition)

Directions:

-Mix all ingredients together in bowl.  Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.  Stir and serve. Enjoy!
