2 Boxes of Stuffing (I prefer chicken, but most flavors and brands will work)
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup with Herbs https://junecleaver21stcenturystyle.wordpress.com/2015/10/01/condensed-cream-of-chicken-soup-with-herbs/
1/2 C Spinach, diced
1 lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
1 C Shredded Cheese
1 C Vegetable Broth (Can use Chicken)
1 C Chopped Tomatoes
-Place stuffing in bowl, add vegetable broth and tomatoes, stir to moisten stuffing.
-Combine soup and milk, whisk well, stir in spinach.
-Dice chicken and cook through (I cooked mine in frying pan with a little seasoning).
-In 13X9 in baking pan, place cooked chicken on bottom of pan. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Sprinkle cheese over soup. Top with stuffing.
-Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
