Cheese Gravy

This recipe is like a cheese sauce, but thin like a gravy.  It’s amazing on hotdogs, fries and tots.

Ingredients:

1C Shredded Cheddar

1T Cornstarch

3/4 C Evaporated Milk

2 tsp. Hot Sauce (I prefer Frank’s)

Directions:

-In bowl combine cheese and cornstarch, the cornstarch will essentially stick to the cheese.  This will act as a thickening agent as it cooks.

-In small saucepan over medium-low heat combine cheese and evaporated milk,  Cook and stir often until cheese melts and incorporates with milk.

-Stir in hot sauce.  Serve immediately, may thicken as it cools. Enjoy!
