Baked Honey Mustard Chicken Wings



2 lbs. Chicken Wings

1/4C Honey

1/4 C Spicy Mustard (can use Dijon)

Juice of Half Lemon

1tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Pepper

2 T Butter


-In large steamer pot, steam wings for 15 minutes.  Place aluminum foil in baking pan, place cooking grate over foil.  Remove wings from pot.

-Place pan and wings in fridge for at least 1 hour.

-Mix all other ingredients in small pot, place on low heat (I place mine over vent on oven), stir until butter melts and honey softens.

-Bake wings 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove and brush each wing with sauce.  Bake an additional 20 minutes.  Can top with any remaining sauce.
