Erica and Davie both love to make pulled pork. All of their kids love dinner time when its a pulled pork night. You can use these recipes for so much more than just BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches. Though they make their recipes slightly different, the end result is still tasty. Try out one or both, you will not be disappointed.
4-7 lb. Pork Butt Shoulder
2T Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4C White Wine Vinegar
1T Garlic Salt
1/4C Pineapple Juice
-Place all ingredients in crockpot, cook on low 8-12 hours. Remove meat and pull out bone, the rest will literally fall apart, or you can use a fork to aid in pulling the meat apart. My favorite way is to add BBQ Sauce and make a sandwich. Enjoy!
