Eggroll Wrapper Crackers

These are an awesome and easy cracker to make.  I often serve them with soup, though I must admit they are great on their own.



6 Eggroll Wrappers, Cut in half (I cut mine at the angle)

Olive Oil

Ground Ginger

Garlic Salt

Onion Powder


-Place wrappers on baking sheet, spray or brush each with olive oil.  Sprinkle each with ginger, salt and onion powder.

-Bake 350 for about 6 minutes, rotating half way through cooking time.  May need to bake additional time, you want them brown, and all ovens are different. Enjoy!
