This is a simple yet delicious recipe. Perfect for a football party or an easy nacho dinner.
1 Block Cream Cheese, diced into cubes
1/2 C Milk
1 16oz. Jar Salsa (I prefer medium, but any will work for this recipe)
1 1/2 C Mexican Shredded Cheese Blend (Colby, Cheddar Monterrey Jack Cheese)
Place all ingredients in crockpot. Place on warm for 2 hours, or low for about an hour. Stir on occasion to keep mix from burning.
Enjoy! Best served with pretzels, chips or even crackers.
