1 lb. Ground Beef (I used venison sausage)
1/4 C Flour
1 T Soy Sauce
1/2 T Worcestershire Sauce
Pepper to taste
3-6 Green Onions, chopped small
-Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Using about a tablespoon, spoon mixture into hand, form in balls, set aside.
-In large skillet, heat small amount of oil over medium heat. Fry balls about 8 minutes total. Don’t over load pan or meatballs may stick to one another.
-Serve with your favorite pasta and sauce, or on sandwiches. Enjoy!
