Garlic Ginger Stir Fry Sauce

Ingredients:

2/3C Soy Sauce

1/2 C Chicken Broth

1/4 C Rice Wine Vinegar

1 1/2T Brown Sugar

1 T Sesame Oil

1/2 tsp. Hot Sauce

2T Olive Oil

1 T Minced Garlic

1 1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger

2-3 T Cornstarch (amount depends on desired thickness)

Dash Chinese Five Spice (can use cinnamon)

1/4C Water

Directions:

-Combine all ingredients well, insuring cornstarch is dissolved.  Pour over stir fried vegetables.  Cover and simmer about 10-15 minutes.  Enjoy!
