Copycat Spaghetti-O’s

As a kid I loved spaghetti-o’s, so I decided to find a way to make them fresh.  My kiddos couldn’t eat enough of this recipe.




1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce (I use homemade, but any brand should work for this recipe.

1/2 tsp. Onion Powder

1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp. Paprika

1 tsp. Sugar

1T Oregano

Salt to taste

2 C Cheddar Cheese, shredded

3/4 C Milk

Circle Pasta of choice (I used Ditalini)


-Cook pasta per directions, you want them to be al dente.

-In medium saucepot, heat all ingredients but cheese and milk.  Once sauce comes to boil, lower heat and stir in milk, allow to simmer about 5 minutes.  Slowly stir in cheese, ensure that cheese is melted and incorporated and stir often to keep it from burning.

-Mix pasta in sauce mixture.  Enjoy!
