Pan Fried Brussel Sprouts

This is an odd combination of spices, that literally make this recipe irresistible, so don’t freak when you read the list of ingredients.



1 lb. Brussel Sprouts, washed and cut in half

1/4 C Olive Oil

1 Clove of Garlic, minced

1tsp. Turmeric, Cajun seasoning

1/2tsp. Cinnamon, Seasoning Salt, Paprika

1/4tsp. Onion Powder

Dash of Nutmeg

1 1/2 T Grated Parmesan Cheese


-In large skillet over medium heat, heat oil.  Add in Brussel sprouts and garlic.  Cook 2 minutes, add in seasonings.  Cook 8 minutes.  Top with cheese. Enjoy!
