Vegetarian Spaghetti



  • 1 Box Spaghetti Noodles
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 sweet peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 16 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons dried basil
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste



  1. In a small saucepan, over medium/low heat sauté together the onion, garlic, sweet pepper, and vegetable oil. Cook until onion is transparent.
  2. Add to crockpot and add in the chopped tomatoes, oregano, basil, parsley, salt, tomato paste and ground black pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 hours on low heat. Stir occasionally.
  3. Before sauce is done, cook noodles per package directions.
  4. Plate noodles and top with sauce.
