4 Russet Potatoes, peeling and cut into bite sized pieces
2T Olive Oil
1-2 tsp. Seasoning Salt
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
Any other combination of spices you wish
Place diced potatoes in bowl, coat in olive oil. Stir after the addition of each spice.
Place potatoes on a coated(Aluminum Foil or Parchment Paper) baking dish. Bake 450 for 30 minutes, flipping over and rotating potatoes half way through cooking time.
