I know these recipe almost sounds un-American, but I cant stand mayo, so I try my hardest to find a way around using every chance I get. The family and friends still like this version, so try it out yourself.
5C Finely Chopped Cabbage (I used a combination of green and red)
1 C Sour Cream
1T Mustard (any is fine, I used French’s BBQ Mustard, but usually use Yellow or Spicy)
1T White Wine Vinegar
1-2tsp. Lemon Juice (Fresh is best, and amount depends on taste)
1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/8tsp. Onion Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
-Mix all ingredients together. Place in airtight container in refrigerator until ready to use. Enjoy.
