My kids eat these like candy, I have to hide them when I make them for a meal. This may be one of the easiest recipes you ever make.
1/4 C Large Caper, drained
1 tsp. Olive Oil
Combine capers and oil, ensuring capers are well covered. Place coated capers in baking pan, spreading them out some, so the cook evenly.
Bake 400 for 20 mins, flipping over/rotating half way through; be sure to watch these towards the end, or they may burn. Allow to cool, set aside.
I use my toaster oven, can see the point in cutting on the large over for such a small amount.
