Avacodo Chicken Burger



1 lb Ground Chicken

1 Avacodo, diced small

1/3 C Red Onion, diced into tiny pieces

2 Cloves Garlic, minced

1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt

1/4 tsp. Black Pepper

1/8 C Cilantro, finely chopped ( optional)

1/3 C Panko Bread Crumbimage



Mix all ingredients but Avacodo, once everything is well blended, fold in Avacodo.

Fry over medium/high heat about 5 minutes per side, until juice runs clear.
