3-4 Large Cucumbers*
6T Plain Greek Yogurt
1tsp. Lemon Juice (optional)
1T White Wine Vinegar
1/2-1tsp. Garlic Salt (amount depends on taste)
Ground Pepper, to taste
-Cut cucumbers into slices, mix all other ingredients together in bowl. Add cucumbers. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
*FYI: the larger the cucumber, the larger to seeds. If you want to have no seeds or the seeds are too big, you can deseed before using.
