8-10 Slices Bacon, cooked crispy, broken into small pieces
1/4 C+2T Shredded Cheddar Cheese(I used sharp)
Pancake Mix of Choice (I used Bisquick)
Mix Pancake batter per directions, add in bacon and cheddar. In large skillet, or griddle pan over medium heat (I cooked mine in bacon grease, but Pam or other greasing adgent is fine). Using a scant 1/4 cup of mix, pour into hot pan, when bubbles form around edges, flip Pancke over, cook til both sides are golden brown. Serve with syrup of your choice.
